
Corporate Secretarial Executive
Responsibilities:
• Manage all facets of clients' company secretarial affairs, catering to both listed and non-listed companies, including minute-taking during meetings.
• Conduct customer due diligence for on-boarding and ongoing monitoring.
• Aid in the incorporation of new companies, registration of foreign entities, etc.
• Draft resolutions, meeting minutes, and associated documents.
• Maintain Statutory Registers and Minute Books.
• Prepare and file notifications with ACRA.
• Conduct e-stamping of transfer forms.
• Ensure adherence to statutory reporting requirements stipulated in the Companies Act, Listing Rules, and Code of Corporate Governance 2018.
• Execute any additional secretarial duties and support as assigned.
Requirements:
• 0 – 3 years of experience preferred.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Mandarin proficiency essential for communicating with Chinese clients.
• Strong computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Positive work ethic, demonstrating initiative and teamwork.
• Detail-oriented and adept at multitasking.
• Self-motivated, capable of working independently and under pressure.
• Fresh graduates or those currently pursuing the CSIS course will be considered.
