  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Responsibilities:

Operations

  • Maintain high level of customer service as per brand standards. Always attend to guest requests and feedback to provide excellent level of customer service
  • Present menu, take orders, suggest and upsell products as per customer needs
  • Manage and co-ordinate all operation-related activities in a proficient and pleasant manner by following brand’s SOPs
  • Carry out mise en place duties, prepare and present dishes with highest quality to customers
  • Ensure that daily opening and closing duties in the outlet are properly executed
  • Follow FEFO and ensure that expired products are not found in store stocks
  • Bussing and turnover tables in a timely manner
  • Perform general housekeeping and cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping as required
  • Maintain cleanliness and orderly appearance of store as per brand standards
  • Execute any other duties as requested by immediate superiors

Requirements:

  • Proactive and efficient
  • Good customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Willing to learn with good attitude
