Key Responsibilities
- Assist faculty members with FinTech research projects
- Collect, organize, and analyze financial and technological data
- Prepare literature reviews and research summaries
- Support the development of research papers and presentations
- Help organize FinTech-related workshops and seminars
- Maintain research documentation and databases
- Bachelor's degree from computer science, business analytics, or a relevant major
- Strong academic background in Finance, Business Analytics, or related field
- Demonstrated interest in FinTech innovations, digital banking, blockchain, or cryptocurrency
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and statistical software
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
