- Manage physical trading opportunities on both buy and sell side
- Maintains professional relationships with traders, analysts, banks, hedge funds to identify opportunities
- Develop new market and trading capabilities
- Handle negotiations seller and buyer
- Preparation of export documents in accordance with LC requirements / Customer’s requirement / DA / Bank
- Able to lead and guide junior team members to achieve group objective

skills and experience required
- 7+ years of physical trading experience
- Experiences in precious/base metal preferred. Other metals will be considered
- Strong technical understanding, including and not limited to pricing mechanisms, arbitrages and hedging operations
- Experience in building and managing a full function trading team
- Liaise with Chinese stakeholders
