Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate matters.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to investments, joint ventures, and partnerships.
  • Mitigate risks and ensure legal enforceability of all documentation.
  • Facilitate clear and professional communication with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.
  • Support the development and execution of corporate investment strategies.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Law (LL.M or equivalent).
  • Fluency in Business English & Business Chinese (verbal and written) is mandatory in order to communicate with stakeholders & business clients in China.
  • Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in corporate law, specializing in PE, VC and M&A, or even in the financial sector.s.
  • Experience working with international clients or multinational corporations is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Exceptional contract negotiation and drafting skills.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
