Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive legal advice on corporate matters.
- Ensure compliance with local and international laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements related to investments, joint ventures, and partnerships.
- Mitigate risks and ensure legal enforceability of all documentation.
- Facilitate clear and professional communication with internal teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory authorities.

Qualifications & Skills:
- Master’s degree in Law (LL.M or equivalent).
- Fluency in Business English & Business Chinese (verbal and written) is mandatory in order to communicate with stakeholders & business clients in China.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in corporate law, specializing in PE, VC and M&A, or even in the financial sector.s.
- Experience working with international clients or multinational corporations is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional contract negotiation and drafting skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with diverse teams.
