Senior / Associate (Patient Care Supply & Distribution)
Job Description
You will be responsible for providing good customer service to patients and customers, supplying patient care products to the wards and outpatients, cashiering duties, inventory management and ensuring smooth running of the Pharmacy.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform supply of patient care products, process supply and sale transactions accurately and efficiently
- Provide assistance to customer’s queries on patient care (e.g. milk feeds, wound & ostomy) products
- Responsible for the display and replenishment of stocks on the shelves
- Monitor expiry dates and inventory stock level of products
- Any other duties as assigned
Requirements
- GCE O Level with passes in English and Math
- Tech savvy to handle multiple software systems
- Preferably 5 years retail experience or experience working in hospital setting
- Possess good customer service and communication skills
- Knowledge of computer applications (Microsoft Word and Excel)
