Job Description :Role OverviewJoin our team as a Process & WMS Improvement Specialist and take the lead in optimising processes and Warehouse Management System (WMS) for one of the fastest-growing e-commerce warehouses in the region.In this role, you'll spearhead process improvement initiatives, analyse and implement WMS enhancements, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to boost productivity, reduce costs, and minimize errors. If you're an experienced professional with a logical mindset, strong analytical skills, and a hands-on approach to problem-solving, this is your chance to make a tangible impact in a dynamic and fast-paced environment with us.Key ResponsibilitiesProcess Improvement Initiatives:To brainstorm and operationalise process improvements to improve productivity, reduce cost and errorsImplement new processes without compromising operational performanceEvaluate to-be processes vs as-is processes using quantitative measures to demonstrate measurable improvementsWMS Improvement:Consolidate ground-up feature requests and review proposed feature designs by Regional / Local Business Product Management (BPM) or other markets to transform them into usable feature solutionsUser Acceptance Testing (UAT):Plan and execute UATs, trials, and full-scale implementationsCollaborating with Operations and BPM teams to troubleshoot and refine solutionsTraining & Development:Lead knowledge transfer by formulating a training guide for new processes and improve existing user training and methodsRequirements :
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Applied Mathematics, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in process improvement, operations, or a related field
  • Good logical thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Lean methodologies, Value Stream Mapping, Kaizen / Continuous Improvement, or Facilitation will be an advantage
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic environment
  • Comfortable to work in a warehouse setting
