  • Ensure all scopes, timelines, schedules, sequences of work, and deliverables are covered in the CIP..
  • Coordinate and attend meetings with civil contractors to cover wall, floor, cable routing, and equipment mounting requirements.
  • Coordinate with ceiling contractors regarding the installation of cable support systems, cables, and field end devices (e.g., Gpon, CCTV cameras).
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for interfacing parties and project teams.
  • Facilitate regular communication and meetings to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including design teams, customers, authorities, and subcontractors.
  • Identify and address issues or obstacles impacting project timelines or deliverables.
  • Ensure all information from coordinated parties is captured in equipment layout and routing drawings (ELARDS) and required documents.
  • Foster collaboration among installation teams, design teams, and subcontractors.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and teamwork.
  • Implement a buddy system to cover unavailability.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in project coordination and management, preferably in LTA projects or the CCTV/security industry.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
