
Project Coordinator (LTA)
Summary:
Seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to manage project planning, stakeholder communication, issue resolution, and documentation for LTA projects, particularly in the CCTV or security industry. The role involves collaborating with various stakeholders, ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met, and fostering team coordination for smooth project execution.
Requirements:
- Collaborate and chair meetings with stakeholders to develop and sign off on detailed project Coordinated Installation Programmes (CIP).
- Ensure all scopes, timelines, schedules, sequences of work, and deliverables are covered in the CIP..
- Coordinate and attend meetings with civil contractors to cover wall, floor, cable routing, and equipment mounting requirements.
- Coordinate with ceiling contractors regarding the installation of cable support systems, cables, and field end devices (e.g., Gpon, CCTV cameras).
- Serve as the primary point of contact for interfacing parties and project teams.
- Facilitate regular communication and meetings to keep stakeholders informed of project progress.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including design teams, customers, authorities, and subcontractors.
- Identify and address issues or obstacles impacting project timelines or deliverables.
- Ensure all information from coordinated parties is captured in equipment layout and routing drawings (ELARDS) and required documents.
- Foster collaboration among installation teams, design teams, and subcontractors.
- Provide guidance and support to ensure efficient workflow and teamwork.
- Implement a buddy system to cover unavailability.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in project coordination and management, preferably in LTA projects or the CCTV/security industry.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
