Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager & Personal Assistant to support our team. This dual role requires excellent English speaking skills, strong administrative abilities, and a knack for multitasking.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management (Regional):
- Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
- Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring everything is well-stocked and organized.
- Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors and service providers.
- Implement office policies and procedures to streamline operations.
- Assist in organizing team events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
Personal Assistance:
- Provide administrative support to GM, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
- Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and documents in English.
- Conduct research and prepare reports as needed.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager, Personal Assistant, or relevant administrative role.
- Exceptional English speaking and writing skills; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
