Position Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager & Personal Assistant to support our team. This dual role requires excellent English speaking skills, strong administrative abilities, and a knack for multitasking.

Key Responsibilities:

Office Management (Regional):

  • Oversee daily office operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Manage office supplies and inventory, ensuring everything is well-stocked and organized.
  • Coordinate office maintenance and liaise with vendors and service providers.
  • Implement office policies and procedures to streamline operations.
  • Assist in organizing team events, meetings, and travel arrangements.

Personal Assistance:

  • Provide administrative support to GM, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and organizing meetings.
  • Draft, proofread, and edit correspondence and documents in English.
  • Conduct research and prepare reports as needed.
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Office Manager, Personal Assistant, or relevant administrative role.
  • Exceptional English speaking and writing skills; additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $4,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
