Job Description:
- Oversee shop operations such as handling customer complaints, managing service standards and procedures on ground etc.
- Outlet Hygiene Maintenance, ensure cleaning schedule is followed
- Preparation of waffles, toasts and drinks
- Recommending and scooping of ice cream
- Stock monitoring and ordering
- Capable to work with, manage and lead a small team
- Basic personal hygiene
- Opening & closing of cafe
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management
Job Requirement:
- Min. commitment of 6 months
- Have no issues working late until 02:00AM (Cafe closes at 02:00AM daily)
- Food Hygiene certificate preferred
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skill
