RESPONSIBILITIES
Content Creation & Strategy
- Develop, create, and oversee high-quality social media content (videos, images, reels, and other formats) that aligns with brand’s identity
- Collaborate with internal creative teams to conceptualize and produce engaging social-first content
- Establish and oversee the social content plan/calendar, and execute briefs to ensure social-first content is conceptualized at the beginning of the season, aligned with product drops
- Craft compelling storytelling narratives that resonate with the brand’s audience and consumers
- Ensure consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all digital platforms
- Serve as a brand ambassador, proactively building relationships and networking with key industry players for future opportunities
Social Media & Digital Campaigns
- Plan and execute digital campaigns to drive engagement, reach, and brand awareness
- Oversee the publishing of content across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, WeChat, YouTube, and emerging digital channels
- Leverage insights and trends to optimize content performance and audience interaction
- Work closely with global and regional teams to tailor content for specific markets
Influencer & Brand Collaborations
- Manage partnerships and collaborations for organic and paid content opportunities
- Oversee content production for influencer-led campaigns and activations
- Identify and engage with influencers, rising talents, ambassadors, community and content creators who align with brand’s vision
Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Monitor key performance metrics for content and social media initiatives
- Analyse audience engagement and campaign effectiveness to refine future content strategies
- Provide regular reports and insights to senior management on content performance and market trends
- Optimize engagement, grow follower count, and acquire a new customer demographic while keeping our current audience engaged
Event & Campaign Coverage
- Lead real-time content creation for events, store activations, shows, and product launches
- Ensure timely and high-quality content output for coverage and exclusive digital storytelling
REQUIREMENTS
- 5+ years of experience in content creation, social media management, or digital marketing within the fashion industry
- Deep understanding of digital trends, branding, and consumer engagement strategies
- Proficiency in content creation tools, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Final Cut Pro, and other editing software
- Experienced in collaborating with photographers, videographers, and production teams to execute high-quality content
- Strong grasp of social media algorithms, audience behaviour, and emerging digital platforms
- Proven track record in managing influencer partnerships and digital collaborations
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a sharp eye for aesthetics and detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple projects effectively
- Adaptable and responsive to changing industry trends and brand needs
- Willing to work beyond standard office hours, including weekends, when necessary
- Open to and comfortable with international travel as required
