Job Title: Renovation Coordinator Leader (Interior Design)
Location: Amtech Building at 159 Sin Ming Road
Employment Type: Full-Time, 12 Months Contract

Role Overview
The Renovation Coordinator Leader (Interior Design) plays a vital role in overseeing backend operations for renovation projects. This role focuses on tracking project progress, supporting designers in monitoring workmanship quality, and ensuring that renovation schedules are effectively managed. The ideal candidate is highly organised, detail-oriented, and experienced in managing workflows in construction or renovation environments.
Key Responsibilities
1. Schedule & Progress Management
- Monitor renovation project schedules through regular communication with designers, ensuring all milestones and deadlines are met.
- Identify and resolve scheduling conflicts, and escalate issues to management when necessary.
2. Workmanship Support & Quality Assurance
- Provide designers with checklists and guidelines at each work stage to check on accuracy and quality of workmanship.
- Review site visit reports to ensure all work meets internal standards.
3. Team Communication & Mentorship
- Facilitate regular updates with designers on progress, challenges, and next steps.
- Ensure that designers are aligned on project goals, timelines, and expectations.
- Provide mentorship to newer designers in identifying and addressing potential quality issues on-site.
- Act as the central point of contact for the renovation team to streamline communication and workflows.
4. Risk & Workflow Management
- Proactively identify potential risks or delays and develop solutions to address them.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and compliance requirements across all projects.
- Optimise internal processes to improve the efficiency of renovation project execution.
5. Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of renovation schedules, quality checklists, and team communications.
- Prepare weekly progress reports summarising project milestones, timelines, and challenges.
- Track workmanship consistency for internal reference and management review.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
- Familiarity with renovation or construction workflows.
- Attention to detail, particularly in quality assurance and schedule tracking.
Preferred:
- 3+ years of experience in operations or project coordination within construction, renovation, or design industries.
