
Project Management Engineer (IT Infrastructure & Operations)
Job Description
· Oversee structured cabling installation, troubleshooting, and quality assurance per client standards.
· Develop cabling designs and solution proposals, managing requests for diversity pathways, inter-room/floor cabling, and telco circuits.
· Supervise project teams and subcontractors to uphold cabling standards, monitor schedules, and address client changes.
· Coordinate goods delivery, IT asset movement, and inventory management with engineers and warehouses.
· Provide IT assistance, including first-line support, account administration, application updates, and user training.
· Respond to IT and Helpdesk requests, plan manpower allocation, and prepare project reports for management and clients.
· Meet KPI targets, negotiate project requirements with clients, and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Qualifications:
· Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
· Proven experience in project management within IT infrastructure or structured cabling domains.
· Strong technical knowledge of structured cabling standards and IT equipment.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and cross-functional teams.
· Ability to plan, schedule, and coordinate projects effectively under tight deadlines.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
