
User Experience Designer (Web)
Position Overview:
As a User Experience Designer, you will play a pivotal role in crafting seamless and engaging user experiences for web applications. Working closely with a multidisciplinary R&D team, including Agile project managers, scrum masters, and solutions architects, you will design intuitive interfaces and conduct user testing to ensure product excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Project: Web
- UX Design & Prototyping: Develop and maintain detailed site maps, workflows, and user journeys for web-based projects. Create and iterate screen-level wireframes, visual designs, and interactive prototypes.
- Usability Testing: Conduct user testing sessions such as Hallway Testing and A/B Testing to validate designs. Analyze feedback to identify usability issues and improve user experience.
- Collaboration in Agile Environment: Work closely with cross-functional team members, including developers, testers, and stakeholders, to deliver solutions using Scrum or other Agile frameworks. Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Documentation & Feedback Integration: Document UX research findings, workflows, and design decisions. Incorporate user and stakeholder feedback into design iterations effectively.
- Design Standards & Best Practices: Ensure designs adhere to company guidelines and industry best practices. Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in UX design.
Qualifications:
- At least a Diploma in Interactive Design, Visual Design, or related discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience as a User Experience Designer.
- Completed at least one project using Scrum or equivalent Agile framework.
- Skills: Developing site maps and workflows, Creating screen-level wireframes and visual designs, Prototyping and conducting usability tests like Hallway Testing and A/B Testing.
- Experience in designing user experiences for mobile applications may be specified.
- Requires foundational UX design skills and Agile framework exposure.
- Mobile UX expertise can be a desirable additional criterion.
