
Business Development Sales Manager - (Basic+Comm)
What You'll Be Doing:
As a Sales Hunter, your role will involve actively seeking new sales leads, nurturing relationships, and driving revenue for Print Lab. You will:
• Hunt for new business: Seek out new sales opportunities and key accounts within the print, large format, offset, and events (MICE) industries.
• Manage existing clients: Build and maintain strong relationships with current clients while identifying opportunities to expand sales and increase satisfaction.
• Drive sales revenue: Respond to incoming inquiries, convert leads, and close sales.
• Develop key accounts: Cultivate strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Negotiate effectively: Work closely with suppliers/vendors to secure competitive pricing and deliver the best value to clients.
• Champion customer satisfaction: Ensure that customer needs are met, providing exceptional service and support throughout the sales process.
What We Are Looking For:
• Proven Sales Experience in the Print industry (preferably large format, offset, and general print).
• Environmental Sustainability Knowledge – A keen interest or experience in sustainable practices within the industry is highly advantageous.
• MICE Industry Insight – Experience or interest in the events sector (meetings, incentives, conferences, exhibitions) is a plus.
• Hunter Mentality – You love pursuing new sales opportunities and are proactive in generating leads and closing deals.
• Self-Motivation & Drive – You’re results-oriented and thrive in an independent, fast-paced environment.
• Strong Communication Skills – You’re confident in dealing with clients and suppliers, fluent in both English and Mandarin (to handle negotiations and inquiries with Chinese-speaking vendors).
• A Positive Attitude – We value a positive mindset and commitment over experience.
• Proficiency in MS Office – Ability to handle day-to-day administrative tasks.
• Self-Sufficient & Resourceful – You can work independently and solve problems on your own.
• Advantageous: Own transportation is a plus!
