1. Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.
  • Teaching certification (e.g., CELTA, TESOL, TEFL) preferred.

2. Experience:

  • Experience teaching English as a Second Language (ESL) or English for Specific Purposes (ESP).
  • Experience teaching Business English or working in a business environment.

3. Competencies:

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with students.
