Job Description :
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders from Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and Operations to bring ideas to life requirements gathering or coordination of rollout and adoption of User/ Notification platform features
  • Support the ideation and execution of product strategy with cross-functional teams to drive overall business impact while ensuring good user experience
  • Create product solutions for both internal and external end-users; initiate, analyse, propose, launch and maintain app products
  • Work with Product Managers by using data to understand customer behaviour and performance of features; be data-driven in estimating size of impact and determining prioritisation
  • Gather insights on product adoption/improvements, track KPIs, identify key metrics and propose further iterations
  • Help deliver product solutions with high business impact, working closely with designers and engineers throughout the development process
  • Conduct competitor and market research to support product solutioning and roadmapping
  • Perform data analysis and reporting of key metrics to support Notifications product performance tracking and monitoring
  • Take ownership of the product development lifecycle and ensure timely delivery of products
  • Review internal processes to drive productivity improvements for better team operational efficiency
Requirements :
  • Final-year or Penultimate student currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science and Mathematics or a related science/tech field preferred
  • Self-starter mentality with ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic and agile working environment
  • Effectively communicate complex business/technical information with different audiences verbally or in writing
  • Good critical thinking and data-based decision-making skills
  • Adaptable, open-minded, quick learner
  • Care deeply about user experience and business impact for both Shopee and the ecommerce ecosystem
  • Full-time interns preferred
  • Part-time interns who can commit at least 3 working days a week are also welcome to apply
