  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Reporting to the General Manager, Southeast Asia Hub, the incumbent will work closely with the respective Business Units to enhance control environment, governance, and internal controls in the Southeast Asian markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and continually enhance a robust internal control environment framework across all business functions and processes.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and control evaluations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent application of internal control policies and procedures.
  • Oversee the internal control testing and monitoring program, promptly addressing and remediating control deficiencies.
  • Provide subject matter expertise and advisory services to stakeholders on internal control and governance matters.
  • Prepare and present internal control reports and updates to senior management.
  • Foster a culture of risk awareness, accountability, and continuous improvement within the organization.
  • Involvement in special projects for the Southeast Asia Hub.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in accountancy, Finance, or related field.
  • Professional certifications (e.g CIA, CPA, CA Singapore) are highly desirable.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progression experience in internal control, risk management, and auditing: Experience in Big 4 accounting firm is preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in leading the implementation and management of internal control frameworks in complex organizations.
  • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively at all levels.
