- Respond to survey enquiries via inbound calls and emails
- Assist the respondents to complete the survey
- Conduct survey interviews via outbound calls
- Reach out to the respondents to assist them to complete the survey
- Compile, record, input survey returns and data accurately into the system
- Conduct verification to ensure completeness and accuracy of data collected
- Identify and resolve inconsistencies in responses by means of appropriate questioning and explanation
- Explain survey objectives to respondent
- Interpret survey questions to help respondents’ comprehension
- Respond to queries from respondents in a professional manner
- Ensure that the given KPI are being met based on the project timeline
- Provide status report to the supervisor
Requirements:
- At least ‘A’ levels qualification or equivalent.
- Equipped with work experience in survey operations, sales, or customer service role.
- Those without the academic qualifications will be considered with relevant work experience.
- Applicants with call center background, direct sales and customer fronting will be advantageous.
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Able to handle objections and complaints and proficiently de-escalate these cases.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and internet usage.
- Effective team player but also an efficient individual contributor.
- Selected applicants are required to complete a training course and passed the assessment test before
being deployed to operations.
