Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Executive, Learning & Development to join our team on a 1-year contract basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning and development programs to support the professional growth and development of our employees.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement learning and development strategies that align with the company's business goals and objectives
- Design and deliver training programs for employees at all levels of the organization
- Identify training needs within the organization and develop appropriate solutions to address them
- Assist in Learning system and intranet to Sharepoint migration
- Coordinate and schedule training sessions, workshops, and seminars
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of learning and development initiatives with business needs
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in learning and development
- Manage the learning and development budget and resources effectively
Qualifications:
- Minimum Qualifications Diploma / Degree in Business Admin, Human Resources, Organizational Development, or a related field
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in learning and development, preferably in a corporate setting
- Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Canva and learning management systems will be an added advantage.
