The successful Regional Talent Acquisition Manager must possess expertise in Telecommunication strategic hiring, compliance, and data-driven recruitment operations.
Skills/Requirement:
- Proven experience in talent acquisition and recruitment leadership within a Telecom industry is a must.
- Strong knowledge of regional labor laws, GDPR, and compliance regulations.
- Ability to lead, mentor, and develop high-performing recruitment teams.
- Expertise in telecom data-driven recruitment strategies and analytics.
- Experience in telecom change management and process optimization within HR functions.
