- In this role, you will:
- Manage the strategists and producers part of the Wanderlab APAC team while overseeing and ensuring seamless execution and client satisfaction
- Develop marketing materials (proposals, presentations, 1-sheeters) with a focus on insights-driven creative thinking and innovations for our advertising partners all in the service of driving innovation and revenue
- Act as a regional leader and work with the Global Director of the Wanderlab to drive strategies, efficiencies, and effectiveness in APAC
- Proactively add processes, implement solutions and find new opportunities to take out into the market and then share @ scale
- Join, and travel when needed, to key client meetings, acting as the senior Wanderlab representative
- Collaborate with senior sales partners, B2B marketers, planners, account managers, producers, designers and researchers to develop strategic client initiatives that deliver on KPIs by leveraging Tripadvisor's capabilities.
- Act as a thought leader, listener, do-er and problem solver
- You are the ultimate multi-tasker, you operate and execute under accelerated timeframes ensuring that all projects are efficiently executed and delivered on-time, on-scope, and error-free.

- Must possess a BS/BA degree with a minimum of 7-10+ years of internet business experience
- Must possess advertising and/or media agency experience, ideally as a Project Manager or Digital Producer or Creative Strategist
- Cross-functional experience with project management or production, including interacting directly with design, product and engineering teams
- Must possess strong leadership, interpersonal, and teamwork skills
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines
- Good business judgment, as well as emotional and professional maturity required
- A proven track record of delivering initiatives from conception through completion on time, within budget and on scope; communicating scope creep
- Experience dealing with the technical implementation and management of online marketing campaigns
- Strong familiarity with Google Drive tools (Sheets, Presentations, Docs), creative tools (such as Photoshop or Figma), project management tools (such as Airtable),
- The ideal candidate may also have experience producing non-standard work such as - experiential, influencer-driven, video content, live-streams, etc.
