Business Analyst (Scrum Master)
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Act as a liaison between business units and technical teams to ensure alignment of objectives.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. Propose optimized solutions and workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Create reports and dashboards to track project progress and deliverables.
- Work closely with Agile teams to prioritize requirements and ensure sprint goals are met. Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
- Support QA teams in validating that deliverables meet business requirements.
- Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and coordinate feedback for iterative improvements.
Requirements:
- Diploma or higher in Business, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Engineering (preferred).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner, or a similar role in Agile projects.
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or equivalent certification is required.
- Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
- Ability to write clear and actionable user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

- Salary: Base + Performance Bonus
- Location: One Raffles Quay North Tower
- Working hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm or 9.30am–6.30pm
