This role involves creating a vision, growing a team within Arup, and delivering exceptional design projects across the Asia Pacific region.The Opportunity
- Lead and grow the masterplanning and urban design team.
- Oversee and deliver exceptional graphic communication and creative design.
- Win and deliver projects and initiatives in the Asia Pacific region.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Collaborate with clients to build relationships and contribute to business development efforts.

- Recognized relevant tertiary qualifications in urban design, architecture, landscape architecture, or equivalent.
- Preferably fifteen years’ post-graduate experience in urban design, regeneration, transport, and/or mixed-use development projects.
- Proven experience in leading design teams.
- Strong communication skills, including public speaking and report writing.
- Ability to remain positively motivated and foster team spirit under pressure.
