Key Objectives:
Analyse existing social media data to identify trends and performance patterns.
Train and customise a GPT model using the organisation?s social media data to predict post engagement and performance.
Identify and/or refine use cases for generative AI in corporate communications, such as audience engagement and campaign personalisation.
Develop workflows that incorporate generative AI tools in support of content creation and processes.
Evaluate the effectiveness of generative AI interventions in improving communication reach and impact.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Analytics, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong understanding of machine learning and AI technologies, particularly generative AI (e.g., GPT), and their applications in marketing an consumer interactions.
Experienced with data preprocessing and analysis tools like Python, R, or similar platforms.
Knowledge of marketing and communications principles is a useful bonus.
