With the majority of job openings in emerging professions projected to be coming from the Care Economy, the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) would like to offer you an opportunity to partake in developing the workforce in the Community Care sector to meet the emerging needs of a super-aged society.

You will be part of the Workforce Development team in the Manpower and Talent Division. You will be required to be an independent contributor and be involved in the following areas:

  • Support the continuing Job Redesign efforts for support care staff to enable them to be upskilled and emplaced onto the Community Care Career track.
  • Translate a Job Description (JD) to the relevant Critical Core Skills (CCS) and Technical Skills and Competencies (TSC) to enable suitable training to be designed.
  • Conduct and facilitate focus group sessions with various stakeholders to draw insights to issues and propose solutions to address them.
  • Promote the adoption of workplace learning in the Community Care Organisations to allow the staff to apply what they have learnt from the courses offered under the AIC Learning Network.
  • Manage assigned projects to ensure it is successfully completed within the stipulated timing and budget.
  • Translate needs into requirement specifications and work with the Procurement Business Partner to procure the services needs in adherence to the AIC procurement processes.

Job Requirements

  • Any Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
  • At least 2 years’ experience in one or more of the following:
    • instructional designs
    • curriculum development
    • learning and development
    • human capital development
    • Project planning and implementation
  • Self-driven, results-oriented, possess good interpersonal, analytical and problem solving skills
  • A team player and a self-starter with the resilience to thrive in a highly dynamic organization
  • Advanced Certificate in Training & Assessment (ACTA)/Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance (ACLP) is preferred but not compulsory
  • Knowledge of the national accreditation process in Organisational Accreditation (OA) and Courseware/Curriculum Accreditation (CA) is preferred but not compulsory
