Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to assess potential clients, target markets, and expansion opportunities
  • Cold calling to potential leads
  • Negotiate contracts, and secure deals with both new and existing clients
  • Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
  • Understand clients’ requirements and to provide customized solutions.
  • Foster and sustain long-term client relationships through regular site visits and calls to ensure satisfaction and retention.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing client concerns or issues.
  • Provide periodic reports and updates on business development efforts and sales performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and outcomes

Requirements:

  • No prior experience required—candidates passionate about sales and business development are encouraged to apply.
  • Training will be provided for those new to business development and sales.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
