Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive market analysis to assess potential clients, target markets, and expansion opportunities
- Cold calling to potential leads
- Negotiate contracts, and secure deals with both new and existing clients
- Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified prospects
- Understand clients’ requirements and to provide customized solutions.
- Foster and sustain long-term client relationships through regular site visits and calls to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by promptly addressing client concerns or issues.
- Provide periodic reports and updates on business development efforts and sales performance.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, opportunities, and outcomes
Requirements:
- No prior experience required—candidates passionate about sales and business development are encouraged to apply.
- Training will be provided for those new to business development and sales.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn.
