Role

We are looking for a vibrant team player who cares about delivering great experiences for our guests. Applicants with no prior experience are welcome to apply - just let your personality shine through.

Based on your interest and team's assessement you will be attached to 1 of the 3 teams below.

Front of House/Member Relations

  • Welcoming members and guests, checking their table/event reservations and ushering them in to the allocated area
  • Handling enquiries through email, WhatsApp and phone calls.
  • Completing administrative tasks such as filing, printing/photocopying/scanning, data entry, briefing sheets, reservations forecast of the week etc.
  • Responding to requests for help and information
  • Liaising with reciprocal members clubs around the world to access and book tables
  • Helping to set up for events in the private rooms
  • Coordinating with the floor staff with regards to members’ requests/reservations to ensure a a flawless dining/event service.

Membership

  • Assist the Membership team with member administration, including updating databases and CRM platforms (e.g., Peoplevine and Lightspeed).
  • Support team's tours for prospective members and tenants at Bardo.
  • Support membership and finance teams in handling member-related tasks, such as renewals, disputes, suspensions, terminations, and finance-related matters.
  • Help execute loyalty and engagement initiatives, including preparing care packages, sending birthday cards, and recognizing top spenders.
  • Manage sensitive membership data with confidentiality.
  • Provide support for community groups and membership events as needed.
  • Ensure the reception area is stocked with up-to-date profile forms and membership/Bardo marketing materials.

Events

  • Assist in brainstorming event ideas, from F&B promotions to themed parties and unique events aligned with member interests.
  • Help source decor, props, games, and materials needed for events.
  • Support the preparation of event decor elements and materials.
  • Provide hands-on assistance during event set-up, execution, and breakdown.
  • Manage RSVPs and warmly welcome members and guests on the day of events.
  • Assist in ensuring a high level of member and guest experience throughout the event process.
  • Collaborate with the team on daily operations and event planning tasks.
  • Stay informed about trending activities and happenings in Singapore and the region to contribute relevant event ideas.
  • Participate in cross-training with departments like Service, Membership, and Events to understand team collaboration.
  • Occasionally assist the marketing team with social media and marketing content for large events and special projects.

What we are looking for:

  • Currently in either ITE or Polytechnic or Uni
  • An engaging and friendly personality
  • Hospitality, passion and taking initiative
  • High standard of personal hygiene and grooming
  • Flexible with shifts which can vary based on rotation
  • Great communication skills
