Working Hours
Personnel to be deployed at the following hours:
· Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays & Thursdays: , inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
· Fridays: , inclusive of 1 hr lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services
1. Manage office supplies and issue stationery to staff
2. Perform simple administrative work such as filing, sorting, photocopying and shredding documents
3. Maintain general cleanliness and tidiness of the office storeroom and immediate work area
4. Count and pack resources for distribution to staff and students
5. Coordinate deliveries e.g. direct deliveries to designated venues, contact staff in-charge to collect deliveries etc.
6. Cover the General Office counter in the absence of the Receptionist and when additional support is required during recess and dismissal time
7. Track and replenish first-aid items in Special Rooms
8. Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by School Leaders or Key Personnel
Both Personnel shall minimally have the following qualifications, skills and experience
Qualifications
· Completed secondary school education
· Those who did not complete secondary school education, but with relevant working experience may also be considered
Skills
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
· Comfortable with working in a fast-paced environment
· Resourceful and able to prioritise work to meet deadlines
· Takes initiative and is able to work under minimal supervision
· Good team player
· Good organisation skills
· Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Experience
· Preferably at least 3 years experience in working in a primary school as a Receptionist and Office Assistant respectively

Pay: $2,000.00 - $3,000.00 per month
