
School Receptionist cum office assistant
Personnel (1) – Receptionist
1. Manage General Office counter
a. Attend to walk-ins and phone calls
b. Address stakeholders’ queries
c. Provide basic first aid to pupils with minor injuries
2. Manage incoming and outgoing mail
3. Track and replenish first-aid items in General Office
4. Maintain general cleanliness and tidiness of the reception area
5. Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by School Leaders or Key Personnel
Personnel (2) – Office Assistant
6. Manage office supplies and issue stationery to staff
7. Perform simple administrative work such as filing, sorting, photocopying and shredding documents
8. Maintain general cleanliness and tidiness of the office storeroom and immediate work area
9. Count and pack resources for distribution to staff and students
10. Coordinate deliveries e.g. direct deliveries to designated venues, contact staff in-charge to collect deliveries etc.
11. Cover the General Office counter in the absence of the Receptionist and when additional support is required during recess and dismissal time
12. Track and replenish first-aid items in Special Rooms
13. Perform ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned by School Leaders or Key Personnel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $2,500.00 - $3,500.00 per month
