Job Responsibilities:
- Support and coordinate with Imaging Centre’s Radiologist / Radiographer / Concierge / Operation Staff [Not limited to] and perform troubleshooting on systems and administer everyday IT activities related to the Imaging Centre’s system.
- Install and provide L1 support for the workstations and modalities used by the imaging center. You will also handle all application administration tasks and test any vendor-recommended modifications to enhance the clinical system's functionality.
- Monitor all tasks and timely resolve of all issues reported for PACS / CMS applications and those associated equipment, perform troubleshoot on all moderate and complex issues and provide appropriate feedback.
- Participate and coordinate with Group IT on dispatch, phone and remote support of imaging centre’s system.
- Maintain proper asset inventory / documentation / workflow mapping on all imaging centre’s system and work processes and monitor all logs for error reported.
- Plan and support Preventive Maintenance / Power & Network Maintenance of Imaging Centre’s clinical systems.
- Analyse and monitor imaging system’s performance / user processes and recommend changes to the improve and optimize the imaging system workflow.
- Coordinate and consult with Group IT to ensure data security and proper compliance of security framework and process are followed.
- Coordinate with [Below Listed] to resolve all imaging centre’s related integration / application issues and perform L1 administration / troubleshooting on PACS / CMS.

Requirement:
- Diploma in IT or related field and minimum of two (2) years relevant experience
- Knowledge of supporting / administration of Clinic Management System (CMS)
- Knowledge of supporting Picture Archiving and Communications Systems (Imaging PACS) and Imaging Modalities (Preferred)
- Domain knowledge in Healthcare Industry
- Good analytical, interpersonal and problem-solving skills with strong end-to-end communication and troubleshooting skills. Team player to be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Candidates with minimum of two (2) years of IT administration experience would be considered
