Business Support Assistant

We are currently looking for an Business Support Assistant to provide administrative support to the daily function of a department in a bank.

Responsibilities:

- Support the Portfolio, Logistics, Financials and Workforce of business and technology teams.

- Establish Meetings and Governance routines for stakeholder

- Work closely with country technology executive on day-to-day organization matters

- Expense management through Resource changes, on-boarding, off-boarding, reporting and metrics as well as reconciliation with overall APAC Technology organization reports.

- To create and manage information relating to finance, staffing information, procurement, or any other service requirement.

Requirements:

- At least 3 years of experience in either administration, business support, banking, auditing, or consulting.

- Proficient in Excel, MS Access, Tableau and PowerPoint is a plus.

- Familiarity in presentation / graphic design is a plus.

Additional Information:

- Location: HarbourFront

- Working hours: Monday to Friday, 9 am to 6 pm

- Annual salary package up to SGD 54k per annum, with 14 days of Annual Leave and above market medical coverage / insurance.

- 12-month renewable contract with 2 months' notice period.
