  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

About the role

We are seeking a talented Retail Associate to join our Duty Free team at the Singapore Cruise Centre! As a Retail Associate, you will be an integral part of our customer service-focused retail operations, providing an exceptional shopping experience to our diverse clientele.

What you'll be doing

  • Providing friendly and knowledgeable customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assisting customers with product selection, answering inquiries, and processing sales transactions
  • Accurately handling cash, credit card, and other payment methods
  • Maintaining product displays, shelving, and store cleanliness to create an inviting shopping environment
  • Actively participating in inventory management, restocking, and stock taking
  • Collaborating with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives
  • Adhering to company policies, procedures, and safety standards

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse customer base
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately under pressure
