Requirements
- Certified Accountant
- Mergers & Acquisitions Experience
- Big 4 Experience – Experience in the Big 4 will have an advantage.
- Financial Oversight & Planning – 8+ years of experience in finance, investments, or strategic consulting, with a focus on financial analysis and risk management.
- Business Strategy & Growth – Proven ability to design financial frameworks, establish key performance indicators, and support executive decision-making with data-driven insights.
- Investment & Acquisition Management – Skilled in leading due diligence, structuring investment deals, and ensuring seamless integration of new business ventures.
- Portfolio & Risk Management – Experience in advising business units on financial structuring, capital strategies, and optimizing financial efficiency.
- Process Enhancement & Systems Development – Ability to improve financial reporting mechanisms, standardize governance frameworks, and implement best practices across multiple markets.
- Stakeholder Engagement – Adept at collaborating with senior executives, investors, and external financial partners to align financial goals with corporate strategy.
- Cross-Border Experience – Exposure to international markets, regulatory landscapes, and cultural nuances in global business operations.
- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills – Ability to interpret complex financial data, forecast market trends, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Executive Communication & Presentation – Strong capability in delivering clear, persuasive financial insights to senior management and key stakeholders.
