
Assistant Sales Manager
Job responsibilities:
· Identify business opportunities and develop sales strategies to achieve sales target and strong product presence & distribution.
· Attend to queries from potential customers and follow-up on leads and referrals.
· Customer account management and resolve problems arising from orders.
· Able to identify sales opportunities and turn into sales.
· Plan, organise and participate in wine tastings and trade events.
· Work closely with the Sales & Marketing Team on sales plan to achieve or exceed the sales targets set by the Management through value creation selling activities.
· Keep updated with product knowledge and stay informed of competitors’ products.
· Ensure timely collection of account receivables.
· Any other ad-hoc duties or projects within the sales and marketing function as and when assigned by the HOD.
Pre-requisites:
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a client acquisition, sales development role.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Powerpoint, Word, Excel)
· Customer service oriented with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
· Good interpersonal skills and meticulous to details
· Must possess initiative and able to work independently with positive attitude
· Wine knowledge is a plus.
