Job Responsibilities:
- Plan, design and market tax training programs
- Work with trainers to organize and prepare training materials
- Work with trainees to register and prepare training materials
- Procure and pay for training resources, bill and collect fees
- Conduct post program administration
- Conduct market research on needs and new programs
- Administer TA Learning Management System and Trainees’ Management System
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to effectively promote organisational initiatives and engage key stakeholders across various channels
Job Requirements:
- Completed at least a Polytechnic diploma
- Preferred disciplines are Business, Accountancy, Marketing and Communications or Information Technology
- Prior experience in the CET space will be preferred
- Good command of English and communication skills
- Strong organisation skills
- Ability to work under tight timeline
- Ability to use Microsoft Office software and internet tools
- Practical experience in training, business, information technology or tax is an
advantage
- Able to work in teams and appreciates interactions with people
- Positive attitude with a keen interest to learn
