What you'll be doing
- Perform diagnostic laboratory tests on patient samples with a focus on accuracy and quality.
- Prepare, process, and analyze clinical specimens in accordance with standard operating procedures.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment, ensuring it functions effectively.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to interpret test results and provide support for clinical decision-making.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and safe laboratory environment while adhering to safety and quality regulations.
- Assist in the training and orientation of new team members to promote seamless teamwork.
- Contribute to laboratory improvement initiatives and undertake additional tasks as assigned.
What we're looking for
- Diploma/ Bachelor Degree level in Biomedical Science or related studies
- 1 - 2 years of similar working experience, preferably in Healthcare setting
