  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Are you passionate about automotive services and customer support? We are looking for a Service Advisor (Mobile Reporting) to assist Kah Motor's customers in the event of an accident. If you have a strong understanding of motor claims and a keen eye for vehicle assessment, we want you on our team!

Job Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customers' accident scenes during working hours.
  • Assess accident situations and advise customers on available claim options (Third-Party or Own Damage).
  • Provide insurance claim estimations and coordinate with surveyors.
  • Monitor repair progress and update customers accordingly.
  • Finalise repairs, close jobs, and issue invoices.
  • Carry out any other related duties assigned by the superior.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Nitec in Automotive.
  • At least 1 year of riding experience (Class 2B/2A), Company bike provided for work-related duties.
  • Basic proficiency in English (spoken and written).
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Knowledge of motor claims framework, car components, and Autoline.
  • Familiarity with Singapore traffic rules.
  • Certificate in First Aid and CPR is an advantage.

Working Hours:

  • Mondays to Fridays: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
  • Every Saturday: 8:30 am to 12:30 pm
