We are a growing maid agency looking to expand our team with experienced sales professionals who have a passion for connecting clients with the right domestic helpers.

As a Sales Consultant, you will play a key role in handling client inquiries, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a smooth hiring process for both employers and helpers.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Engagement & Sales

  • Handle client inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Understand employer needs and recommend suitable domestic helpers.
  • Explain employment procedures, packages, and agency services to clients.
  • Achieve monthly sales targets and maximize commission opportunities.

Documentation & Administrative Tasks

  • Prepare necessary documentation for employment contracts, work permits, and applications.
  • Ensure accurate data entry and record-keeping.
  • Coordinate with clients and helpers for interviews and selection processes.

Customer Support & Relationship Management

  • Provide pre- and post-sales support to clients, addressing any concerns professionally.
  • Maintain good relationships with existing clients to encourage referrals.
  • Assist in handling client feedback and resolving issues effectively.

Requirements:

CEI Certificate (Basic/KAH) – Mandatory
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in a maid agency
Fluent in English & Bahasa (spoken and written)
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PDF handling)
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently from home
Able to multitask and manage multiple client inquiries effectively
