Key Responsibilities:

  • Student Recruitment:
  • Identify and engage potential students through direct outreach, networking events, and community engagements.
  • Conduct presentations and informational sessions that highlight course benefits and career advancement opportunities.
  • Outdoor Sales Activities:
  • Actively participate in outdoor sales initiatives such as campus visits, community fairs, and company outreach events to generate leads.
  • Build a strong local presence to enhance brand visibility and attract student interest.
  • Partnership Development:
  • Establish and nurture relationships with companies, educational institutions, and community organizations to support student recruitment efforts.
  • Collaborate with partners to design and implement tailored recruitment strategies that are mutually beneficial.
  • Sales Process Management:
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle from lead generation to enrolment, ensuring prompt follow-ups and exemplary customer service.
  • Maintain an organized pipeline of potential students using CRM tools and provide regular sales performance reports.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to continuously refine and improve sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Education:
  • Diploma in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience:
  • Prior experience in sales is an advantage, with a preference for candidates having exposure to the education or related sectors.
  • Skills:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to build relationships.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a strong willingness to work in outdoor sales environments.
  • Familiarity with basic computer applications.
