3.Month-End closing for all entities: This involves reconciling accounts, reviewing financial
transactions, and ensuring accurate and complete financial records for month-end closing
processes across all entities.
4.Handling internal billing between entities: This includes managing and processing internalbilling transactions between different entities within the company, ensuring accuracy andtimeliness.
5.Management of clinic petty cash: This responsibility involves handling and reconciling petty cash
transactions for the company's clinic, ensuring proper documentation and compliance withpolicies.
6.Management of outstanding invoices: This entails monitoring and following up on outstanding invoices, communicating with clients or customers to ensure timely payment, and maintaining accurate records of outstanding invoices.
7.Handling company audits: This includes coordinating and facilitating external audits, providing necessary documentation and information to auditors, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.
