The Role
- Collaborate and assist the Category Manager in their assigned categories so as to achieve company’s financial goal and objectives, improve market share, customer satisfaction and productivity performances measures for the company
- Co-ordinate and assist in implementing and executing all action plans to achieve category sales, profit and income goal and objectives
- Support Category Manager on all aspects of administration processes for new supplier partners and new product developments
- Ensure cost and price changes is reflected timely
- Ensure new article creation is created timely
- Support in the management of consignment related duties
- Assist in the timely and accurate maintenance of promotions download, obtain sign off for press advertisement
- Support Category Managers with weekly promotion commitment and work with other stakeholders including Operations, Marketing, Supply Chain and suppliers.
- Coordinate with respective suppliers on administrative updates
- Ensure timely and accurate submission of documents for System maintenance
- Support internal stakeholders and communicate any potential issues that may impact on business operations
- Any other adhoc duties as required
About You
- Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- Administration working experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel (e.g. Pivot Table, Vlookup)
- Knowledge in SAP is an added advantage.
- Good communication and coordination skills
- Meticulous and detail oriented
