Administration
Responsibilities
• Provide administrative/secretarial support to the Partners, Directors to Managers assigned under his/her portfolio
• Undertake various administrative tasks such as secretarial support, billings, travel bookings, meeting room bookings, upload files onto global in-house software on an ongoing basis etc
• Process billings and managing the billing process
• Carry out recovery activities with due diligence within prescribed standard operating procedures to minimize delinquency and ensuring compliance with the firm’s guidelines
• May be required to prepare statement of accounts, monthly ageing reports and/or any other adhoc reports as requested
• Maintain ‘live’ or up to date status reports, and provide the reports to managers upon requests
• Communicate actively with the respective internal stakeholders
• May be required to prepare simple analytical reports when necessary
• Assist in preparation of presentation materials, reports
• Provide status updates on files and track progress using in-house database
• Ad-hoc admin duties as assigned including support to members of the team
