Key Responsibilities:
- Write and develop concepts, scripts, and storyboards to translate ideas into clear, engaging, and compelling visual narratives.
- Direct the creative vision on set, providing clear guidance to crew, actors, and talent to achieve high-quality results.
- Collaborate with clients and creative teams to conceptualise and execute video content aligned with project objectives and audience needs.
- Oversee the entire production process, including pre-production planning, filming, editing, and post-production, ensuring seamless delivery.
- Guarantee content quality, ensuring all deliverables meet client expectations, brand standards, and technical excellence.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as the primary contact and providing regular project updates.
- Stay informed about industry trends and technologies, incorporating best practices to enhance creative processes and output.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Film/Video Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong passion for storytelling and filmmaking, with a creative mindset and willingness to learn.
- Basic experience or internship in video production, with an understanding of directing fundamentals.
- Familiarity with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro is a plus.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
- Ability to adapt to challenges, solve problems, and take direction from senior creatives.
- Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional growth in the film and media industry.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,500.00 per month
