Building Supervisor

Job Responsibilities

• Lead a team of M&E Technicians and plan their duty roster.
• Liaise with contractors on the management and repair of the defects in the Condominium.
• Supervise and oversee all works to be completed by the technicians as well as contractors. Troubleshoot, repair and rectify defects or faults which the Technicians are unable to solve.
• Conduct daily inspections of all installations, facilities, equipment and common property.
• Prepare specifications, call for quotations and advise on the selection of contractors.
• Attend to all subsidiary proprietors’ and occupiers’ complaints in a prompt and professional manner.
• Recommend and suggest preventive maintenance and repair works.
• Submit daily checklists, weekly reports, and monthly reports.
• Check tenants’ submission for renovation works, conduct periodic checks in tenants’ premises to ensure work are done in compliance with in-house rules and government regulations.
• Any other tasks as assigned by immediate supervisor/ Management.

Job Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ Level or its equivalent.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in MCST/Condo environment is a must
• Strong knowledge of building drawings and M&E details (with hands-on experience)
• Good supervisory and time management skills.
• Able to work independently and possess good interpersonal skill.
• Good communication skills both verbal and written.
• Pro-active, independent, able to work with minimal supervision and perform under pressure.
• Able to start immediately will be advantageous.
