You will be part of a team to chart the direction for a highly productive and integrated construction sector, leveraging digitalisation as a key enabler. In particular, you will be driving improvements to BIM quality and competencies, to enable better value chain integration and data-driven decision-making.
[What you will be working on]
Your responsibilities would include:-
- Working with industry stakeholders such as government agencies, solution providers, leading firms etc, to understand gaps, ground challenges, and industry needs in relation to BIM implementation
- Developing strategies and plans to address the identified gaps, challenges, and needs
- Identifying ways to streamline BIM processes to ease implementation
- Working with partners such as schools and training providers to introduce/enhance BIM curricula, to equip graduates and professionals with the necessary competencies

Job Requirements
- Individual with profound belief in the value of digital transformation and is committed to harnessing data for more informed decision-making.
- Degree in construction-relation discipline, coupled with a sound understanding of the construction industry (e.g. typical BIM processes / workflows taken on by consultants, contractors etc).
- Experience in leveraging digital solutions to tackle challenges faced by Built Environment (BE) stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with diverse stakeholders to articulate the value and impact of digital transformation and data-driven decision-making.
- Strong analytical, adaptability and problem-solving skills.
- Forward-thinking, resourceful and committed to making a positive impact on Singapore’s built environment transformation.
