Job Overview:
We are seeking a Back-End Officer to join the Credit Card Centre of a globally recognized bank. This role involves processing credit card applications, conducting KYC reviews, and supporting daily back-office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and follow up on credit card applications.
• Handle customer instructions from the hotline and address feedback/complaints.
• Conduct KYC checks and periodic reviews for new and existing customers.
• Assist in credit card risk control measures.
• Support daily back-office operations for the Credit Card Centre.
• Provide backup support for tasks such as system testing, settlements, and data reporting.
• Manage ad hoc duties, including credit card packing and monthly statement distribution.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the department head or management.
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Banking, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience:
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply.
• Language: Proficiency in English and Mandarin to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
