
IT, Information Technology / Admin - Corporate Support Officer
- To provide support for system / server enhancement, processes, and workflow documentation.
- To perform trouble-shooting support for staff on IT issues
- To serve as IT administrator for IT systems
- To work with vendor and staff to ensure maintaining of Cyber Trust Mark certification requirements for 'Promoter' level.
- To track and ensure IT related projects are implemented in an efficient, cost effective and timely manner.
- To build strong partnerships with relevant external IT partners, to communicate and perform analysis of problem areas, recommending solutions and implementing corrective and preventive actions.
- To issue, control, and manage the register of all media devices.
- To assist in administrative/HR-related support tasks for the Corporate Support Department and SYFC events.
- To co-ordinate meetings and monitor term of reference of committee members.
Job Requirements
· Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Information Technology/Business/HR or equivalent
· Team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
· Highly motivated, meticulous, independent and adaptable to change
· Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
· Knowledge on IT software, SAP, Cybersecurity, hardware, and networking will be an added advantage
Other Information:
- Five-day work week
*0800h to 1700h from Tuesday to Saturday
- Uniform (polo-tee) provided
- Work location at SYFC (Seletar area)
