Responsibilities:

  1. Lead AML design, development, unit testing, infra/env setup, code/infra review and end to end rollout of AML project related system changes/production fixes
  2. Manage and work with teams, cross-teams and stakeholders to successfully deliver enhancements for AML systems during all phases of the project delivery/production fixes.
  3. Lead review and contribute to test planning for SIT and UAT
  4. Coordinate and plan with Infra and change management teams for application deployment activities in DevOps environment.
  5. Effect system changes into test and production environments by following application change implementation process via the Bitbucket, Jenkins and Aldon change management tools
  6. Conduct technical delivery/process knowledge and best practices sharing/training sessions with internal teams to raise teams competency level.
  7. Maintain application infrastructure in Unix/Linux.

Requirements:

  1. Good written and verbal communication skills and analytical ability
  2. Project/system enhancements delivery experience in the banking industry
  3. Hands on experience in AML design and configurations /development work
  4. Experience in leading, with good results, design gathering and design workshops with users as part of change delivery or defects fixes work
  5. Experience in environment setup i.e. Vendor package installation, SSL, Oracle Wallet, Vault, firewall.
  6. Hands on experience in system interface setup i.e. Connect Direct, SFTP.
  7. Strong Oracle SQL design and development skills
  8. Strong Java/Shell Scripting knowledge in Unix/Linux environment
  9. System delivery Operational impact awareness
  10. Ability to understand SLA / KPI and deliver items within correct time space
  11. Ability to have vendor interaction and management skills
  12. Working experience with AML applications (e.g. Fircosoft, Actimize, Detica/NetReveal)
