Key Responsibilities

  • Create an uplifting first impression by greeting clients and managing communications via phone, email, and social media
  • Connect clients with suitable jewellery consultants and schedule appointments
  • Track sales leads and maintain accurate customer data
  • Coordinate quotes and prepare sales packs
  • Manage production order timelines and fulfilment
  • Ensure accurate inventory management
  • Ensure accurate customer data entry
  • Maintain an inviting, spotless sales floor with properly displayed products
  • Assist with store operational procedures and sales events

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years in customer service or sales support/admin role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong listening abilities and genuine service orientation
  • Professional integrity and confidentiality
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Quick to learn new software applications
  • Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask and meet deadlines
